1. CaII to Order — Meeting called to order at 10:04am by Chair Terra Straight.
2. Approval of Agenda — Julie Herdt motioned to approve the July 18, 2024 meeting
agenda. Jan Bolerjack seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
3. Approval of Minutes — Jan Bolerjack motioned to approve the July 11, 2024 meeting
minutes. Julie Herdt seconded the motion. All in favor; motion carried.
4. Board Information — Board members reviewed attendance policy.
5. 2023-2024 RFP Review Session — All Members
Stacy Hansen reviewed the reading groups and schedule along with the board's
meeting norms. Board members reviewed and discussed RFP applications 59-65.
6. Information & Member Sharing —All Members
7. Adjournment — Meeting adjourned at 12:11pm.
