NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, September 22, 2025 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which
starts at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

c. Authorize the Mayor to sign a grant agreement with the Low -Income Housing
Institute to establish a tiny home village on property owned by the Church by the
Side of the Road, in the amount of $577,722.00, with final form to be approved by
the City Attorney's Office.
