Thies, Councilman Elec:t,being present, was named to take vacant place and oath of office was ad- ministered by Mayor Walku p.Mr Thies then took a place at Council table,and was welcomed: by all present. Water Supt. report was read and placed on file. Treasurers report read and accepted. Mr Brewer was asked to proceed with the fire hydrant installation, tt mation was made and carried that a circular letter be sent to all residents of the Town stating that laws governing stray animals would be .trickly enforced. A motion was made and married that Mayor Walkup be empowered to contact the CCTnnty in regard to necessary repairs to the roads.
