A Special Civil Service Commission meeting was held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 5:00 pm, at 15005 Tukwila
International Blvd, Tukwila WA 98188 in the EOC Conference Room in the Justice Center.
The following were in attendance:
Chairperson Brennan Wilson, & Commissioner Tim Collins,
Civil Service Secretary and Chief Examiner: Joy Maldonado
Police staff: Chief of Police Eric Dreyer, Deputy Chief of Police Eric Lund
HR Staff: Chief People Officer, TC Croone, Senior HR Analyst, Jean Carlson
Attorney: Ka ri Sand, J.D.

II. Approval of meeting minutes from February 2025
III. Business Items
IV. The Commissioned moved to approve a new Park Ranger job classification that was approved in the
2025-2026 budget.
V. The Commissioned moved to approve the reinstatement of two police officers. The effective date of
their return was April 21, 2025.
VI. Eligibility lists were signed for the following: None
