That portion of Contract No. 21-127 between the City of Tukwila and Habitat Restoration
Specialists, LLC is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2: Time of Completion. This work shall be commenced on 8-23-21 and be
completed no later than 12-31-2026

All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
