NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item listed
below on Monday, October 20, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the
public to participate in the meeting: 1-253-292-9750, Access Code 670077847#. Meeting link:
https://msteams.link/ F. The meeting will also be conducted on -site at Tukwila City Hall, 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.
TO PROVIDE PUBLIC HEARING COMMENTS, PLEASE EMAIL CITYCOUNCIL _TUKWILA A.GOV, PROVIDE YOUR
FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND REFERENCE THE PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC IN THE SUBJECT LINE, BY 5:00 P.M. ON
OCTOBER 20, 2025. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP BY EMAIL, YOUR NAME WILL BE CALLED UPON DURING
THE MEETING TO SPEAK FOR UP TO FIVE MINUTES. You may also attend the public hearing in person
and provide your comments on -site.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, SETTING
THE VOTER APPROVED EXCESS BOND LEVY AMOUNT FOR BUDGET
YEAR 2026 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING DEBT SERVICE ON THE
CITY'S UNIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS ISSUED IN 2016
AND 2019 TO IMPLEMENT THE CITY'S PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN, AS
REQUIRED BY LAW; PROVIDING FOR CORRECTIONS AND
SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this
issue. For those unable to attend the virtual meeting, you may submit written testimony to the City
Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
