NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item listed
below on Monday, October 20, 2025 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the
public to participate in the meeting: 1-253-292-9750, Access Code 670077847#. Meeting link:
https:// stea s.link/,, F. The meeting will also be conducted on -site at Tukwila City Hall, 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND REFERENCE THE PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC IN THE SUBJECT LINE, BY 5:00 P.M. ON
OCTOBER 20, 2025. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP BY EMAIL, YOUR NAME WILL BE CALLED UPON DURING
THE MEETING TO SPEAK FOR UP TO FIVE MINUTES. You may also attend the public hearing in person
and provide your comments on -site.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO PROPERTY TAXES;
FIXING THE 2026 GENERAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR THE
CITY OF TUKWILA REGULAR LEVY AND PRESERVING
FUTURE LEVY CAPACITY, COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2026,
ON ALL PROPERTY, BOTH REAL AND PERSONAL, IN
COMPLIANCE WITH RCW 84.55.120; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this
issue. For those unable to attend the virtual meeting, you may submit written testimony to the City
Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
