She will ask the symphony toinvoice the city for $Z,UOO. o Pinky EsteU:Otter & Penguin Makerspaces successfully engaged the public inart making at two Tukwila Farmers Market dates (August 17 and September 7). ° New Business Staff Reports * Grey Ellis, the Teen Art Collective consultant, recruited teens during the lunch hours on September 9. o Angeline Peralta: The Tukwila Teen Art Collective has successfully recruited 15 applicants for the program. * Gloria Alberto has completed the portrait of Jan Bolerjack. He has been paid the $1000 stipend. o Pinky Estell: An agenda item is to be included for the October arts commission meeting to begin developing a more robust nomination process for the Portrait Project program. ° The commission has been invited to lead an artist selection process for a new mural at Duwamish Park. The mural will be on the surface of the sport court. The desired installation is Spring 2026.
