Between the City of Tukwila and Otak, Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 24-093 between the City of Tukwila and Otak, Inc. for the Gilliam Creek
Fish Barrier Removal and Habitat Enhancement project is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2: Scope of Services:
The following language shall be added to the end of the existing Section 2:
In addition, work under this contract shall include reimbursement for services, direct expenses, and
costs associated with the contract scope modifications and additional contract scope of services as
described in Exhibit A-4 attached.
Section 4: Payment:
Section 4A is hereby amended to read as follows:
Payment for the work provided by the Consultant shall be made as provided on Exhibit B-4
attached hereto, provided that the total amount of payment to the Consultant for that work shall
not exceed $4,977. 00 without express written modification of the Agreement signed by the City.
The maximum amount payable under this contract as amended inclusive of all fees and other
costs shall not exceed $1,316,133.42 without express written modifications of the Agreement
signed by the City.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
