Amendment # 1
Between the City of Tukwila Municipal Court and BETTER LIFE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
That portion of Contract No. 25-208 between the City of Tukwila and BETTER LIFE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2: Compensation and Method of Payment:
The City shall pay the Contractor for services rendered according to the rate and meth
set I forth on Exhibit B (attached to the original contract) and incorporated herein b

Section 4: Duration of A-greement
This agreement shall be in full force and effect for a period commencing October 1, 2025,
and ending May 31, 2026.
