That portion of Contract No. 25--216 between the City of-Tukwilla and Open Gate Consulting Inc.
hereby amended as follows: I
Section 2: Compensation and Method of Payment. The City shall pay the Contractor for
services rendered according to the rate and method set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated herein for by this reference. The total amount to be paid shall not exceed
$50,000 at a rate of no more than $325 per hour.
