NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the item
listed below on Monday, November 10, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone

The meeting will also be conducted on -site at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd.,
Tukwila, WA.
To PROVIDE PUBLIC HEARING COMMENTS, PLEASE EMAIL CITYCOUNCIL RTUKWILAWA.GOV, PROVIDE
YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND REFERENCE THE PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC IN THE SUBJECT LINE, BY
5:00 P.M. ON NOVEMBER 10, 2025. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP BY EMAIL, YOUR NAME WILL BE
CALLED UPON DURING THE MEETING TO SPEAK FOR UP TO FIVE MINUTES. You may also attend the
public hearing in person and provide your comments on -site.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
SEGALE PROPERTIES LLC, MAS TUKWILA LLC, AND
THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FOR THE PRATO
DISTRICT PROJECT (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE
TUKWILA SOUTH PROJECT); PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
For those unable to attend the meeting either on -site or remotely, you may submit written
testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
