Between the City of Tukwila and Low Housing Institute (LIHI)
That portion of Contract No. 25-238a between the City of Tukwila and Low Income Housing Institute
(LIHI) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4: The ending date of the Agreement is modified from October 31, 2025 to February
28, 2026.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
