order at 84P.M1 by J.R.Naylor in the absence of Mayor
Walkup. Councilmen present were,

Current bills were read and a. motion made and carried
that they be paid.

Treasurers report and Water Supt. report read and accepted.
The condition of the drains on Main Street were ta31ced
over, and the clerk was asked to; again notify the property
owners that this condition must be taken care ofatibh&e.
Odudfttl was in favor of action being taken in this matter.
A. letter was mead from the Community Club; asking that the
Council take action on the nuisance of ataxy pigs, cows,eta
running at large in the flats.40-4akea. The Marshal was
asked to notify those owners to keep them penned.
NO nem-business, Motion was made to adjourn at 9;30 P.M.
