A. regular meeting of Tukwila Town Council was called
to order at 8 F.M. by J.R.Naylor in the abs=ence of
Mayor Walkup. Councilmen present were,
Carl Lee, Stanley Minkier, August Thies, Ed George.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Current bills were read and on motion ordered paid.

Mr Sherrod was present,and talked regarding the ditch
he dug across the road.Gauncil decided he must take Fa)
precautions regarding ditch and provide proper drainage.
At this time Mayor Walkup arrived: and meeting continued
with him presiding.
L motion was made by Mr Naylor and Seconded by Mr Lee,
that the Air Raid Warning Systems be discontinued as of
this date.Clerk was asked to notify Mrs Green of such
decision and that suitable time he. given for her to find
a. new dwelling.
k motion was made nd. carried that the Clerk notify
Mr Cowan to bring suit Against. Mr W.W.Kassner for Main-
taining a nuisance of a draing ditch on his property.
No further business appearing,motion made. to adjourn at
9:15 P.M.
