CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and Herrera Environmental Consultants, Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 24-028 between the City of Tukwila and Herrera Environmental
Consultants, Inc. is hereby amended as follows:
Section 3:
The duration of the agreement shall be in full force and effect for a period ending 10/31/25,
unless sooner terminated under the provisions hereinafter specified.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
