AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 149 OF
THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila.
that Section 4 of Ordinance No. 149 be revised to read
as follows
SECTION 4. The Street Superintendent shall receive
as compensation for his services as such
Superintendent the sum of $40.00 for each callendar Month while employed.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in. conflict
with the provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, signing and posting as required by
law.
