CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and FCS a Bowman company
That portion of Contract No. 25-057 between the City of Tukwila and FCS Group is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 3: Duration of Agreement: Time for Performance:
The Scope of Work for the conduct of the study as set forth above is anticipated to be completed by
FCS A BOWMAN COMPANY within a time frame shown below:
Notice to Proceed: Upon signature of Contract Agreement by both parties
Contract Term: On or before March 31St, 2026. The contract shall expire on said date unless
mutually extended in writing by the parties.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and
effect. Dated this 3rd day of November, 2025.
