NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, November 10, 2025 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which
starts at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
a. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2749, which adopted the City of Tukwila's Biennial
Budget for the 2025-2026 Biennium, to adopt an amended year-end budget.
b. An ordinance amending Ordinance Nos. 2749 and 2772, which adopted and amended the City
of Tukwila's Biennial Budget for the 2025-2026 Biennium, to adopt an amended mid -biennium
budget.
c. Ordinances Adopting Property Tax Levies
(1) An ordinance setting the voter approved Excess Bond Levy amount for the budget year
of 2025 for the purpose of paying debt service on the city's unlimited general tax obligation
issued in 2016 and 2019 to implement the City's Public Safety Plan, as required by law.
(2) An ordinance relating to the property taxes; fixing the 2026 Geneal Property Tax Levy for
the City of Tukwila Regular Levy commencing January 1, 2026, on all property both real
and personal, in compliance with RCW 84.55.120; reserving future levy capacity.
