CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #3
Between the City of Tukwila and KPG Psomas, Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 22-045 between the City of Tukwila and KPG Psomas, Inc. for the
project titles S 152nd Street Safe Routes to School is hereby amended as follows:
1. Term
This Agreement shall take effect once executed by the Parties ("Effective Date") and shall
remain in effect until December 31, 2026. In addition, this Agreement also applies to costs
incurred and actions taken prior to the "Effective Date" that specifically fall within the terms of
this Agreement.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
