Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and Emerald City Statewide Fence, LLC
That portion of Contract No. 25-299 between the City of Tukwila and Emerald City Statewide
Fence, LLC is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2: Compensation and Method of Payment. The total amount to be paid is hereby
increased to $24,548.71.
Exhibit A: Scope of Work and Payment Terms. Exhibit A is hereby amended to include the
proposal, dated November 11, 2025, attached to this amendment.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.

Emerald City Statewide Fence, can only guarantee this price for 15 days.
We reserve the right to reprice our proposal to reflect the current price of materials. Prices are all inclusive.
PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit: 50%, Balance Upon Completion;
EXCLUSIONS: EXCLUSIONS: Temporary fence, gate automation, power or hookup to operator site, supply or install of
conduit, access controls, locks, knox box, signs, removal or repair of existing fence (unless otherwise
noted), cutting/core drilling of concrete or asphalt, providing or setting sleeves, concrete mow strips, clearing
or grubbing, cutting or filling of fence line, engineering, pot holing, survey, painting or staining, removal of
spoils from job site, trenching or backfilling, repairs to any irrigation lines not clearly marked prior to set day,
grounding of fence line or gate, permits, private utility locates, WSST, any work not specifically listed above.
