The Ordinance required a two-year phase -in period of minimum wage rate increases for employees of Mid - Size Employers. On July 1, this phase -in period ends. There will be a single minimum wage for Mid -Size and Large Employers going forward. On July 1, the required Mid -Size Employer minimum wage rate increases by $1 from $20.10 to $21.10; the same minimum wage required for hourly -paid employees of Large Employers.
