Between the City of Tukwila and Berger Partnership
That portion of Contract No. 25-170 between the City of Tukwila and Berger Partnership is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 4: Duration of Agreement. The end date for the Agreement is hereby extended
through December 31St, 2028.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
