a. Annual Shop With A Cop event is scheduled for Saturday, December 13,

a. Chief Dreyer provided staffing and department updates, updates on homeless
encampments, and the Community Engagement Coordinator position.

a. Deputy Chief Lund shared a summary of the SPIDR report for the previous
month.
