Attendees: Chief Dreyer, Deputy Chief Lund, Katrina Dohn, John Lindsey, Christine Neuffer,
Dulce Zamora, guest speaker Allison Fisk, mental health professional co -responder.
Meeting called to order at 5 : 3 0pm
1. Approval of 7/10/25 & 8/14/25 Minutes
a. Did not have a quorum to approve minutes — Postponed to October's meeting.
2. Community Engagement Report
a. Focus on patrolling trails, dealing with encampments. Figuring out who owns
the land along the river
b. Pursuing gaps in municipal code regarding camping
3. Chiefs Updates
a. Chief Dreyer gave report on the various vacant positions in the PD, as well as
the PD operational updates.
4. Police Award
a. Decided to award it annually, sometime in late spring. Chiefs will share
nominations to COPCAB.
