A. Resolution amending the Change Fund Level for Court
Staff is seeking approval of a resolution that would increase the Municipal Court's change
cash fund to $300.00
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approvat. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda.
B. Ordinance: Equity and Social Justice Commission Membership
Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance removing the City Councilmember position and
adding a 4th community member position to the Equity and Social Justice Commission.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 15, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda.
C. Ordinance recodifying and enacting new Tukwila Municipal Code
Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance reconfiguring, recodifying and enacting a new
Municipal Code.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 8, 2025 Committee of the Whole.
D. Ordinance amending the Business & Occupancy Tax
Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would amend TMC 3.26 to align B&O Tax code
provisions with the requirements of the Washington State Model Ordinance.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 8, 2025 Committee of the Whole.
E. October 2025 Financial Report
Staff presented the report.
