A. Resolution: 2025 Fleet Surplus
Staff is seeking approval of a resolution authorizing the sale of surplus equipment for a value
estimated at $68,225.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to December 1, 2025 Regular Consent Agenda.
B. Grant Acceptance: Gilliam Creek Fish Barrier Removal Project
Staff is seeking approval to accept $750,000 from the Flood Control District Flood Reduction
program for design of the project.

C. Grant Acceptance: Chinook Wind Extension Project
Staff is seeking approval to accept $1M from the 2025 King County Parks Open Space -River
Corridors program for construction of the project.

D. Ordinance: Reduced Speed on West Valley Highway
Staff is seeking approval of an ordinance that would amend TMC 9.16 to reduce the speed to
40 mph on West Valley Highway between South 180th Street to the Union Pacific Railroad
crossing.
