Between the City of Tukwila and Psomas, Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 23-089 between the City of Tukwila and Psomas, Inc. is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 3: Duration of Agreement; Time for Performance:
The Consultant shall perform all services and provide all work product required pursuant to
this agreement no later than December 31St, 2026.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
