Between the City of Tukwila and PACE Engineers, Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 22-102 between the City of Tukwila and PACE Engineers, Inc. is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 3: Duration of Agreement: Time for Performance:
The Consultant shall perform all services and provide all work product required pursuant to
this agreement no later than June 301h, 2026.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
