CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #2
Between the City of Tukwila and Herrera, Inc.
That portion of Contract No. 25-045 between the City of Tukwila and Herrera, inc. is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 3: Duration of Agreement; Time for Performance:
The Consultant shall perform all services and provide all work product required pursuant
to this agreement no later than June 30th, 2026.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
