CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment # 1
Between the City of Tukwila and St. Stephen Housing for Hartnett Manor located at
14688 Macadam Rd. S., Tukwila, Washington
That portion of Contract No. 25-155 between the City of Tukwila and St. Stephen Housing is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 2: TERM:
The term of this lease shall be for three years, commencing on January 1, 2026 and shall
terminate on December 31, 2028, unless sooner terminated as a result of Lessee's
default hereunder in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in paragraph 19.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.
