of office was administered to the new cuoncilmen Lewis Eggers and
Wm. Bali.s=lley and to Lois Newton, reelected treas.and to Franz. Henke reelect-
ed Marahal.l.
J.R.Nayior was appointed to fill the vacancy left by the
resignation of Stan Minkier.
Lois Newton was appointed Clerk Treas.
Mayor Walkup appointed the Followin, committee.

Mayor stated the Fire Protection Committe would issue
Fire Permits.
Mayor requested Mr.Brewer to make a sign stating the Towm
Dump would be closed on Aug.lst.
On motion the salary of the Clerk- Treas.wasmade 075.00
per month..
The clerk was instructed to secure a bond of $1,000.00
for Franz Henke,Marshalland Lewis Eggers ,Deputy Sheriff.
