AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1939 FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE
CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPENSES AND PROVIDING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF BONDS AND
FOR THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST THEREON
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Tnrl rila, __ing County, '.Tashin'ton, at
a special meeting thereof, held the twenty eighth day of September,
1938, made the following estimate of expenditures and receipts from all
sources other than direct taxation upon the real and personal property of
the said Town of Tukwila for t ensuing year 1939.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE T077 COLFTCIL OF T7i TOOT;? OF

Section 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which to pay
the expenditures as above enumerated together with the
redemption of debt for the Town of Tukwila for the ensuing
year 1939, there shall be certified to the County Asses. or of '7in County
Washington, the sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Two and Fifty
One-Hundreths (u3222.50) as the amount to be raised by general taxation
upon the real and personal property embraced within the corporate limits
of the Town of Tukwila as shown by the assessment rolls of King County
for the Year 1938.
SECTION 2. THAT THIS ORDINANCE shall take effect end be in full
forde from and after its passage and publication.
