The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Town of Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor,J.P.
Walkup, at S P.M. Councilmen present were J.R.Naylor,
August Thies,Lewis Eggers and Win. Balsley.
Minutes of the December meeting were read and approved
as read. Report of the Treasurer was read and accepted.
Report of the Water Supt. was read and placed on file.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

Ordinance #165 was,upon motion,placedon its third
reading and final passage. Roll call showed Mr. Naylor,
Mr.Thies, Mr. Rggers and Mr.Balsley voying yes..
Mi^.Lutes was present and protested water flooding
his property. The situation was discussed and all possible
aid and cooperation promised.
Vic North,fire Chief, reported work nearing completion
an the Fire Truck.
