CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment #1
Between the City of Tukwila and Swift Group
That portion of Contract No. 25-300 between the City of Tukwila and Swift Group is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 4 Payment:
The total payment outlined in section 4A is increased from $25,000 to $50,000.
Exhibit "A"
Additional work is added to Exhibit "A" to cover the period from November through
December, 2025. The additional work is shown on Exhibit A-2.
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.

This Services Schedule ("Schedule") by and between Swift Group ("Provider") and the City of Tukwila.
1. Description of Services
Swift Group will provide planning for the City of Tukwila's hosting of the FIFA World Cup activities in the
summer of 2026. Swift Group has already provided services for part of September and October 2025.
This amendment carries these planning services through November and December of 2025.
2. Description of the Deliverables:
• Brainstorm with Tukwila stakeholders to develop a master plan of activities aimed at promoting
the City of Tukwila as a tourist destination and all-around cool place to be.
• Create a workback schedule for planned activities
• Provide estimated costs for each activity and staffing plan.
• Establish a list of Roles and Responsibilities to align with overall event plan
• Manage weekly team meetings and meeting recaps
• Pre -event site visits, as necessary
• Cultivate energy around the community/attendees with creative ideas
• Identify possible third -party consultants and vendor contractors to assist with the events.
3. Term and Delivery
• November 1— December 31, 2025
4. Pricing
Fee Schedule (Time or Deliverable based): City of Tukwila agrees to pay Provider for Services
performed and Deliverables provided under this Services Schedule based upon the following fee
schedule:
• November & December invoice to be sent by 12/5/25: $25,000.00 (Unpaid)
• Previous invoice for September & October sent 11/7/25: $25,000.00 (Paid: Invoice #8535)
