CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
Amendment # 1
Between the City of Tukwila and Still Waters
That portion of Contract No. 25-171 between the City of Tukwila and Still Waters is hereby amended
as follows:
Section 2:
The City shall pay the Contractor for services rendered according to the rate and method
set forth on Exhibit A of this amendment (attached). The total amount to be paid shall not
exceed $7500 for November 2025 and $7500 for December 2025 (not to exceed $15,000
total).
All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.

Program Services Agreement
Agency: Still Waters 11/1/25 — 12/31/25 $15,000.00
Program: Families in Transition
Effective Date: November 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 Total: $15,000.00
Narrative Report:
Provide narrative on number of food bags distributed to Tukwila School District children in
November 2025 and December 2025.
Funding is to be used to support the purchase of food items for the weekend snack pack program
to support Tukwila School District children that are unstably housed and at high risk of food
insecurity on weekends when free, school-based meal programs are not available.
Invoice with narrative must be dated no later than 12/31/25.
