AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1938 FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE
CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPENSES AND PROVIDING FOR THE REDEMPTION OF BONDS AND
FOR THE PAYMENT OF INTEREST THEREON.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Tukwila, King County, Washington, at
a regular meeting thereof, held the seventh day of October, 1937,
made the following estimate of expenditures and receipts from all
sources ether than direct taxation upon the real and personal property of
the said Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year of 1938.

NOW TORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TUKWIIA:
SECTIOON 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which to pay
the expenditures as above enumerated together with the
redemption of debt for the Town of Tukwila for the ensuing
year 1938, there shall be certified to the County Assessor of Sing County,
Washington, the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Seventy -Four and Fifty
Four One Hundreths ($2374.54) as the amount to be raised by general
taxation upon the real and personal property embraced within the corporate
limits of the Town of Tukwila as shown by the assessment rolls of King
County for the year 1937.
SECTION 2. THAT THIS ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and publication.
PASSER the Town Council and signed by-me in authentication of its
passage this 7th day of October 1937
