was called to order by the mayor, Chas.0. Baker, at 8 P.M.
Councilmen present were Mr. Minkler, Alimen4, Heemink and Lutes.
In the absence of the clerk, Mrs. Baker was appointed clerk protem.
The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved as read.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

Lloyd Smith, labor on catch basin, 8 hrs. 8.00
Two bills,one to Wright IMIotors, labor material for fire Bruck,
another to Williams Swanson for repair of the Town truck, were
ordered investigated. Mr. Aliment and Mr. Heemink were appointed to
look into the matter.
.as moved and carried Lewis Eggers' telephone bill be paid by
the Town,eharged to the Fire Dept. fiend, long distance calls not in-
cluded
Mr. Minkler reported one building permit issued in October.
Mr. Aliment investigated the report dirt was being removed near
Mr. Lutes home. He was told no more would be removed.
The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr.Lutes was asked to get a price on 840 ft. of shiplap for the
fire house, and bring in a report at the December meeting.
Mrs. Lutes announced the dance to be held on Nov.3 ,sponsored by
the Recreation Council. She also reported 78.00 was collected in
the Town for the Community Chest.
It was moved and carried Mr.Shults be granted permission to remove
the Town water tank and the property on which it stands be returned to
the original owners, that the work of removal be completed in six
months and that Mr. Shults, in removing the tank, relieves the Town
of all responsibil tpy and expense.
Mayor-Baker read a letter from the Association of Washington of
Washington Cities pertaining to highways and streets. The Councilmen
aggeed to meet at the mayor's home Mon. Nov.10, at 7 P.M.
It was moved and carried the clerk write the Puget Sound Power Light
Co. and the Telephone Co.,informing them there is a tree endangering
their wires.
Mr.Aliment was asked to get information concerning manner of collect
tax on pin ball machines in Town.
Mayor Baker read a letter from the State Auditor.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 10 :15 P.M.
