Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0_. Baker, at
8 P.M. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment, A.
H. Heemink and Vic North.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the replacement
of water mains in the Town. Also to discuss insurance problems
of the Town.
A letter from J.L.Durbin relative to insurance was read.
The clerk was instructed to inform Mr. Durbin we have a policy
at a lower premium rate.
Mr. Minkler reported information obtained on complete insur-
ance coverage liability 5 10 also fire and theft on trucks
It was moved and carried the Town take out 10 and 20 personal
property and liability coverage on the Town dump truck and the
two fire trucks, the Town Park, the Town Hall, the Fire Hall and
the playground adjacent and the Town streets and sidewalks. Alao
fire and theft on the three trucks owned by the Town.
It was moved and carried the clerk contact Mr. Jack Stokes
to get rates from him on the insurance needed, if Don Pollock
can meet these rates the insurance to be taken out through him.
It was moved the Town replace water mains from the intersect-
ion of 57 Ave. S. an along pg al -±day to S,) yl sJ,
&8 --Ave_ hence up 58 Ave. S. to S. 147., with 6 inch cast iron
pipe weighing 250 lb. The probable cost to be less than $10,000.00
