The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at
8 P, M. Councilmen present were Stan. Minkler, Joe Aliment,
Vic North and Burton P. Lutes.
The minutes of the May 3 rd. meeting were read and approved
as corrected.
Current bills read and upon motion ordered paid.

The report of the Treasurer was read and accepted.
The report of the water dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 4 building permits issued in May.
Mr. Browning was present and promised to sign a paper
stating he would vacate the building he has erected on lot 13,
Block 2, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, on or before July 1,
1948.
It was moved and carried to buy concrete posts and cable
for a -guard rail on the curve of 5S Ave. S.
It was moved and carried the brakes on the Town truck be
repaired, also the jack shaft and clearance light.
It was moved and carried the Council adjourn sine die.

The committee appointed to investigate the request of Mr.
Durbin for repair of his bulkhead, reported they considered the
Tqwp1 under no oblogation and not financially able to take care
of all the bulkheads in Town. It was moved atid carried Mr. Durbin
be so informed.
