A Special meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
the Town of Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor, Chas.
O. Baker, at 8 P.M. Councilmen present were Mr. Minkler,
Mr. North and Mr. Lutes.
Mayor Baker announced the purpose of the meeting; which
was to talk over the proposal to enact an ordinance regarding
Quarries operating within the Town of Tukwila.
A tentative ordinance regarding the opening of a Quarry
and operation of same was drawn up. The proposed ordinance was
discissed and some changes and modifications made. T1r..Emhalt
and Mr. Morgan appeared for the proposed Contracting Co.
A motion to draw up an ordinance along the lines discussed
was made by Mr, Minkler and seconded by Mr. Lutes, passed
unanimously..
Meeting adjournrd at 9 P.M.
