ORDINANCE NO. 434 4 34 EXPIRED
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Tukwila pursuant to RCW
35.33.090 and .100 providing for the expenditure of monies not
provided for in the preceeding annual budget.
The City Council of the City of Tukwila do ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: An emergency has been created in the
Police Department by the failure of the radar unit to operate.
SECTION 2: Said failures could not have been fore-
seeable at the adoption of the 1965 Budget.
SECTION 3: It is estimated that $905.00 will be
required to meet said emergency and replace the radar unit.
SECTION 4: It is anticipated that funds appropriated
in 1965 will be available to pay said expenditure and in the
event funds are not available payment shall be made pursuant
to RCW 35.33.100.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
