Councilmen present were Stan.I,Iinkler, Joe Aliment,A.W.Thies,Elmer Wootan and G.T. Jewell. The minutes of the meeting of December 5,1949 were read and approved as read. Ordinance No.198,an ordinance providing for a Supt. of Parks was,upon motion, placed on its second reading, by title only. Upon motion, ordinance No.193 was placed on its third reading and final passage. Upon motion, ordinance No.199,an ordinance relating to the Water Supt., was placed on its second reading by title only. Upon motion, ordinance No. 199 was placed on its third reading and final passage.
