The regularmeeting of the Town Council of the Town of TukwilP
was called to order by the Mayor, Chas.0. Baker, at 8 P.M.
Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment, A.W.Thies,
Elmer Wootan and G.T.Jewell.

A moment of silence was observed in memory of two towns men fl
who recently passed away. Resolution No.74 in memory of Mr.
Heemink, formerly a Councilman, was adopted.
The minutes of the "anuary meeting were read and approved as
read.
Current Bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

The report of the Treasurer was read and accepted.
The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 2 building permits issued in January.
Mr. Avoledo questioned the Council regarding the using of
one of his houses for business. Mr. Baker appointed Mr.Aliment,
Minkler and Thies a committee to confer with I.Ir. Avoledo's tenant
as to the nature of the business contemplated.
Upon motion, Ordinance #200,an ordinance revising ordinance
#179, was placed on its second reading by title only. TTpon motion,
Ordinance if 20u was placed on its third reading and final passage.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30.
