February 6,1950 The regularmeeting of the Town Council of the Town of TukwilP was called to order by the Mayor, Chas.0. Baker, at 8 P.M. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment, A.W.Thies, Elmer Wootan and G.T.Jewell. Hr.J.B.Heemink Mr.Eli Nordstrom A moment of silence was observed in memory of two towns men fl who recently passed away. Resolution No.74 in memory of Mr. Heemink, formerly a Councilman, was adopted. The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file. Mr. Minkler reported 2 building permits issued in January. Mr. Avoledo questioned the Council regarding the using of one of his houses for business. Mr. Baker appointed Mr.Aliment, Minkler and Thies a committee to confer with I.Ir. Avoledo's tenant as to the nature of the business contemplated. Upon motion, Ordinance #200,an ordinance revising ordinance #179, was placed on its second reading by title only.
