was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. Baker, at 3 P.M.
Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment, A.'V4 Thies,Elmer
Wootan and G.T.Jewell.
March 6,1950
The Mayor appointed Darwin A. Dibble,Justice of the Peace,
Police Judge of the Town of Tukwila. tfipon motion, The appointment
was confirmed.. The mayor administered the oath of office to Mr.
Dibble.

The minutes of the meeting of Feb.6 were read and approved as

The Treasurer's report was read and accepted.
The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported one building permit issued in Feb.
Mr. Baker appointed Roy rector, Joe Aliment and Mrs.Newton
a committee to try to secure a better 'phone number for the Fire
Dept..
It was moved and carried to draw up specifications for a
street maintainer and to advertise for same, to open bids on Mar.
28 at 8 P.M.
The clerk was asked to check County regulations regarding
dogs, so as to pattern Town requirements along same lines.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
