AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE 129 OF TTTE TOWN
OF TUKWILA
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila as
follows:
SECTION 3 That the compensation of the Superintendent of
Water be and the same hereby is fixed in the
sum of Two }Tundred forty $240.00) Dollars per year, same
to be payable at the rate of Twenty ('20.00) Dollars,
each and every month, the first payment to be due and pay-
able on or about the thirtieth day after appointment and
a payment each month thereafter during the term of office.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full forte and
effect from and after its passage, signing and posting
as provided by law.
