The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tukwila was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0. baker at
8 P.M. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment,
A.W.Thies and G.T.Jewell.
The minutes of the regular meeting of ;:larch 6 and of the
special meeting of March 23 were read and approved as read.
After discussion the bid of the Feenaughty Machinery Co.
for a Huber Maintainer was,upon motion, accepted, it being
the most suitable bid. Upon motion, the bid of the Pacific
Hoist Derrick Co. was given second consideration in case
the Feenaughty Machinery Co, famed in delivery. Upon motion,
Resolution 75, accepting the bid of the Feenaughty Machinery
Co.was adopted.
A letter from Mr. Sampson of the Association of Washington
Cities concerning County policy relating to dogs was read. Upon
motion the matter was tabled for the time being.
Current bills were read and upon motion ordered paid.

The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 2 building permits issued in March.
The clerk was asked to write Mr. Parmelee concerning a stove
pipe he has put up.
Mr. Aliment was asked to check blackberries on road beside
the home of Mr. I>assner.
TJpon motion the meeting adjourned at 9 :25.
