ORDINANCE 145
REPEALED BY ORD 196
AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 24 OF ORDINANCE 128 AND 136 BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila, as
follows:
SECTION 24. The rates for the use of water shall be as follows
or he first oeve n hundred (700) cubic feet or less
per month or fractional part, W1.75,
PROVIDED: where two or more separate buildings or premises are
supplied by the sae meter the minimum rate shall be
.;1.75 per month for each such b'j.ilding or premises, as long as
the meter remains on the service thru which the water is supplied.
PROVIDED: that outbuildings such as barns, chicken houses, gar-
ages and such shall not be construed as separate buildings or
premises.
For all water in excess of Seven hundred (700)
cubic feet, sixteen (16g') cents per hundred cubic feet.
All rates due for water are to be subject to a
discount of Twenty -five (25X) Cents if paid on or before the
tenth day of the month in which they are payable.
In computing meter rates, as provided above, re-
sults ending in one or two cents will be counted "On; results
ending in three, four, six or seven cents will be. counted "5H;
results ending in eight or nine cents will be counted "10".
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with'the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, signing and posting as provided by
