The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. 0.. Baker, at 3 P.M.
Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment, A.W.Thies,
Elmer YVootan and G.T.Jewell.
The minutes of the meeting of March 5 were read and approved
as read.
The proposed blanket insurance policy for the coming year was
examined and upon motion accepted.
Current bills were read and upom motion ordered paid.

The report of the water dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 1 building permit issued in March.
The chairman of the water committee reported their findings on
cost of meters and installation of same. It was moved and carried
the Clerk be instructed to draw up an Ord. revising the water Ord.
_-96 inerese the cost of meter installation for 3/4 inch
ennnecti6n to 460.00.
Mr. Minkler reported for the committee looking into the need of
a larger siren.. It was moved and carried to advertise for bids for
such siren, the bids to be opened on May 7,1951 at 8 P.M.
