7 :30 p.m. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies,F.A.
Grabner and Rudolf W. Regel..
Mr. Maker administered the oath of office to Chas. Shults,
newly appointed Town marshall.
Three bids for Streit improvements were received and opened.
Bid #1,from the Seaboard Paving and Engineering Co., at7346 -11th.
N.E.,Seattle;, Northwest Precote Inc «,7343 E. Marginal Way,Seattle;
Diesel Oil Sales Co.,2155 Northlake, Seattle. The bid of Seaboard
Paving and Engineering meeting best the requirements set forth in
the call for bids was acceptd. This total bid was 2763.60, not
including State tax. The bid of the Diesel Oil Co. was held as
second bid.
Meeting adjourned at 8 :30.
